How many people can use it?
Everyone in your business. There are no per-user charges, so the whole team can open the plan on their phone.
What happens after the first year?
You renew at $999 for the next year if it is still useful. No lock-in beyond the twelve months you have paid for.
Do I need to know anything about continuity planning?
No. The app asks straightforward questions about your business and builds the plan from your answers. The implementation day means you are never staring at a blank screen.
Can I show the plan to my insurer?
Yes. Export a PDF of your risk register and playbooks at any time and hand it straight over at renewal, at tender stage or during an audit.
